Do you have a sales store?

We currently do not have a physical store, but we're available online 24/7! We look forward to seeing you at the pop-up events we attend.

Which payment methods can I use?

We accept all domestic credit cards, bank cards, and prepaid cards with Troy, MasterCard, and VISA logos. For international cards, we accept 16-digit MasterCard and Visa cards, as well as 15-digit American Express cards.

Which cargo company do you work with?

We use Yurtiçi Kargo and Aras Kargo for delivering your orders.

When will my order be delivered to the cargo company?

Your order will be handed over to the cargo company within 1-2 business days.

How many days does it take for my order to reach me?

Once your order is with the cargo company, delivery to your address typically takes between 1 and 3 business days.

How many days is the return period?

You can return an online purchase within 14 days of receipt of the products without any reason. 

Which size is suitable for my dog?

Each product includes a size measurement table below the product descriptions.
