Shipping

Once the order is placed, an email will be sent to confirm the purchase. A tracking number will be provided by email as soon as your order is shipped. All pieces are shipped from Turkey. 

International shipping

We ship worldwide. We offer free international shipping on orders over $60. International shipments may be subject to additional fees, customs charges, duties and taxes (NOT included in the total at checkout), all of which will be at the buyer’s expense. These fees may vary depending on the country and shipping delays may occur due to customs procedures. Please refer to your country's government website for more information. 


Return Policy

You may return unused products within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please email us at hello@kajuland.com or message us on WhatsApp at +905312558520, including the reason for the return. After receiving your request, we will provide you with a return code. Please return the unused and undamaged products using this code with the contracted cargo company. Returns sent through a different cargo company may incur additional fees. You can return your products to Aras Kargo branches throughout Turkey with the return code we will give you. This return process is applied within Turkey. 

Note: Used or damaged products (e.g., torn, worn, or with labels removed) cannot be returned or exchanged.


Exchange Policy
If you wish to exchange a product, we will verify whether it meets our exchange conditions. Once verified, we will notify you of the exchange status via email. If the requested item is in stock, it will be shipped to you within 1-3 business days. This exchange policy is applied within Turkey.


Exceptions / Non-returnable items 

Please note that items marked as 'final sale' are not eligible for returns or refunds, as specified in the product description or indicated by the product tag. Additionally, personalized items and custom orders are non-refundable.
