RETURNS, EXCHANGES POLICY

International Shipping:

We ship worldwide and offer free international shipping on orders over $60 in the US, €60 in European countries, and £45 in the United Kingdom. Please note that international shipments, especially within Europe, may be subject to additional fees, customs charges, duties, and taxes (not included in the total at checkout), all of which will be the buyer's responsibility. These fees may vary depending on the country, and shipping delays may occur due to customs procedures. For more information, please refer to your country's government website.

Cancellations:

Order cancellations are subject to availability. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at hello@kajuland.com, and we will do our best to assist you. Please note that once you receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information, we will not be able to cancel your order.

Returns Policy:

We hope you love your Kajuland pieces! However, if for any reason you are not satisfied, we are happy to accommodate returns within 14 days of receiving your order. The returned item(s) must be shipped back to our return processing center within 14 days of delivery. Returns postmarked outside of this 14-day window will not be accepted. Before returning your product, please email us at hello@kajuland.com with your order number, name, email address, and return request.
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be:
  • Unworn, unused, and undamaged
  • In merchantable condition
  • Returned in their original packaging, including the original shipping box, to ensure secure return.

Return Shipping:

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. You may use DHL postal service, but please note that Kajuland cannot accept responsibility for items damaged or lost during return transit. We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured service for all return packages, and ensuring that items are securely packaged.
IMPORTANT: When returning a product, the return must be processed under the same name and surname as listed on the original order's delivery. Otherwise, Kajuland will not be responsible for any issues that may arise with customs.

Non-Refundable Charges:

Please note that the original shipping fees and handling costs will not be refunded.

Refund Process:

Once your return is received, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days to the original payment method. Depending on your credit card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account. We will notify you of the refund status once the item has been inspected.

Rejected Returns:

Kajuland reserves the right to reject any returned items without prior authorization. If your return is rejected, you will be notified via email.

Exchanges:

Our system does not accept exchanges. If you would like to return an item and receive another, the original item must be returned under the same terms as a standard return and a new order must be placed through our website.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items:

Please note that items marked as 'final sale' are not eligible for returns or refunds, as specified in the product description or indicated by the product tag. Additionally, gift cards, personalized items and custom orders are non-refundable.
